Bōru Ramen Bar opened in Kansas City, Missouri’s historic Waldo neighborhood in Feb. 2017 at 500 W. 75th St. Bōru literally means “bowl” in Japanese. The restaurant’s menu is heavily influenced by Korean, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine, with an emphasis on ramen. Bōru Ramen bar is led by Culinary Director, Po Wang, alongside owners and long-time restauranteurs, Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy.
