CAMPO LINDO CHICKEN SPIEDINI: Raised by Campo Lindo Farms in Lathrop, MO. Lemon & rosemary marinated chicken skewers lightly breaded & grilled then finished with a charred tomato citrus pesto sauce.  Served with herbed pasta tossed with Tuscan roasted vegetables.

The food at Brio is simply prepared using the finest and freshest ingredients. The lunch menu offers a variety of affordable options including salads, small plates and paninis. The dinner menu emphasis is on prime steaks and chops, homemade pasta specialties, flatbreads and pizza prepared in an authentic Italian wood-burning oven. Don't forget our Bellini Brunch offered Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Brio has two fully stocked bars and two outside terraces overlooking the Plaza. The upstairs bar and lounge are great for the casual meeting of friends. Come and enjoy cocktails in front of the fireplace in our lounge. Happy hour is Monday - Friday, 3:30-6:30 p.m. with a reverse happy hour from 9 p.m.-close. Live music is present in our upstairs lounge on Sundays and Thursdays. Brio has private event facilities that are wonderful for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, receptions or just an intimate family celebration. The banquet rooms can accommodate your smallest gathering of 10 or your biggest party of 200. The banquet menu offers a variety of choices including buffet, Tuscan-style or plated lunches and dinners. Brio's hours of operation are 11am-10pm Sunday - Thursday & 11am-11pm, Friday and Saturday.
