Course 1

• House Salad: classic house salad served with our signature Marzen balsamic Vinaigrette

• Caesar Salad: tossed with our house-made Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and freshly toasted garlic croutons

• Wedge Salad: iceberg lettuce topped with house-made blue cheese dressing, bacon and heirloom cherry tomatoes.

Course 2

• Blackened Steak Flatbread: steak seasoned with Cajun spices, with fresh herbs, gorgonzola garlic sauce, mozzarella & gorgonzola cheeses, tomatoes and caramelized onions.

• Kobe Cheeseburger: our Kobe-style Wagyu beef burger grilled to perfection and topped with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of cheese. Served with our legendary garlic fries.

• Cajun Fish Taco: three tacos with house-made Cajun remoulade, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo in crisp blue corn tortillas wrapped in soft flour tortillas. Served with our legendary garlic fries.

• Southwest Egg Rolls: Stuffed with pulled chicken, black beans, corn, roasted red peppers, carrots, zucchini, and pepper jack cheese

• GB Chicken Wings: Traditional wings, lightly fried and tossed in your choice of our signature sauces

• Crab Risotto Fritters: Crab, pancetta, and havarti in a creamy risotto. Served crispy over spicy lemon remoulade.

Course 3

• Woodford Reserve Salmon: seasoned and grilled to perfection, glazed with our signature Woodford Reserve Bourbon sauce. Served with our brown rice pilaf and quinoa kale salad.

• Lobster Shrimp Mac and Cheese: lobster and shrimp tossed with bowtie pasta in a Parmesan-havarti sauce, garnished with heirloom cherry tomatoes, green onions and a garlic cheese crostini.

• Gorgonzola Ribeye: 12oz grilled boneless ribeye topped with our house-made gorgonzola butter and served with garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Course 4

• Triple Chocolate Brownie: three different chocolates come together in this brownie topped with fudge, caramel and ice cream.

• Warm Apple Bread Pudding: warm and delectable, topped with our whiskey sauce, spiced pecans, and ice cream.
