This unique rotunda-shaped restaurant will feature booth seating throughout as well as semi-private dining rooms. The dramatic lighting with deep reds and bright white’s are just a start to the amazing décor. Guests can also relax by the floor to ceiling, two-sided, open-view fireplace. Steve Tracy has been named the new executive chef at Rosso and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in fine dining. From Amsterdam to Budapest, Tracy has traveled the world, dicing up delicacies in the Caribbean, South Pacific and the Antarctic.
