Belgian Frites - Traditional Belgian frites tossed in tallow, served with your choice of dipping sauces. We can hold the tallow for our vegetarian & vegan friends.
Butternut Miso Soup (V) - Velvety butternut squash & miso soup, garnished with pepitas & an Agromato drizzle.
Celeriac Carpaccio (V) - This toothsome salad has thinly sliced celeriac, fennel, celery, & Meyer lemons.
Crispy Brussels Sprouts - Crispy Brussel sprouts topped with pickled egg yolk, jam, & house tajin.
Soft Pretzels - Two soft pretzels served with a fermented mustard seed & cream cheese dip. This dip solves the question - do I want cheese dip or mustard? Get both at the same time. Ask for your bartender for the vegan version if you like.

Smash Patty - Our current double smash patty burger is topped with cheddar cheese, pepperoncini, Alabama white sauce, & house made pork rinds.
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - Tender chicken thighs are seared & doused in our house made peri peri Buffalo sauce & topped with pickled celery, carrot, red onion, & served with a ranch aioli.
Marinated Tofu Sandwich - Marinated, seared tofu gets a cilantro pesto, & topped with pickled carrot & red onion.
Grilled Cheese - Our fancy grilled cheese features Carr Valley Mobay, Hidden Springs Ocooch Mountain, a nutty sheep milk cheese, & Hook's Red Errigal. A cow & sheep cheese that has sweet notes, mild acidity, & a cranberry chutney.
