Kansas City Restaurant Week, led by founding partners Visit KC and the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association, featured more than 200 participating restaurants in 2019. Through its first 11 years, the event has raised more than $2.7 million for local charities.

The Visit KC Foundation is a 501(c)3 entity associated with the region’s destination management organization. Through programming such as Kansas City Restaurant Week and The Community Meals Project, the Foundation enhances the quality of life for the Kansas City region through tourism advocacy and workforce development.
Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association Educational Foundation
Administered by the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association, the Foundation seeks to promote the restaurant industry in the greater Kansas City area by offering scholarships to students pursuing a career in the hospitality industry.
Interested in Participating?
Interested organizations need to submit a proposal outlining their qualifications to become a KCRW featured beneficiary for a one-year term. A single beneficiary will be selected for each of the years of 2022 and 2023. Applications are due by 5 p.m., April 30, 2021.
