Chicken and Waffles - One waffle served with 2 Cajun fried chicken strips, topped with our honey bourbon glaze.
Blackened Chicken Pierre - One 4 oz blackened chicken breast served on a bed of dirty rice, and topped with a red wine demi glaze sauce with mushrooms and onions. Served with your choice of vegetable medley or succotash.
Blackened Catfish Lemon Pepper - A blackened catfish filet topped with a lemon butter sauce, served on a bed of rice with your choice of vegetable medley or succotash.
Pastalaya - A Cajun staple. Andouille sausage, beef tenderloin and tasso served over fettuccine with a Creole tomato sauce.
Shrimp Confetti - Shrimp cooked in spicy lemon garlic butter, julienne veggies, tossed with fettuccine.

Plain Beignets - Four house made beignets (French donut) topped with powdered sugar and served with Chantilly Cream.
Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding - Our award winning in house specialty is served hot and topped with a honey bourbon cream sauce.

Beans and Rice with Andouille - Our signature Beans and Rice served with authentic, spicy Andouille sausage. It’s the traditional Monday meal of the Big Easy!
Bowl of Gumbo - Our authentic New Orleans style gumbo with a dark roux, Andouille sausage, seafood, dirty rice, and plenty of flavor.
Order of Jambalya - A Cajun staple. Andouille sausage, beef tenderloin and tasso, slow cooked with dirty rice and a Creole tomato sauce.

Shrimp Confetti - Shrimp cooked in spicy lemon garlic butter, julienne veggies, tossed with fettuccine.
Blackened Chicken Hot Fanny - Two 4 oz blackened chicken breast served on a bed of dirty rice, and topped with a jalapeno and mushroom garlic butter sauce. Served with your choice of vegetable medley or succotash.
