Fresh romaine lettuce heart, house croutons, cracked black pepper, & romano pecorino cheese with roman caesar dressing.

Chicken stock, cous cous, vegetables, & meatballs in this traditional italian soup. Topped with parmesan cheese.
- Lobster Bisque -
Rich, creamy lobster, & vegetable bisque, served with creme fraiche.

Course 3

- Arrabiata Seafood Squid Ink Pasta -
Squid ink fettuccini, maine lobster claws, & large shrimp, tossed in a white wine truffle butter sauce.
- Lamb Chops with Chimichurri -
Four (4) grilled chops served with fresh chimichurri & house white truffle garlic mashed potatoes.
- Chicken Piccata -
Airline chicken breast, with a white wine lemon caper sauce served with spaghetti & sauteed asparagus.

- Ube Cheesecake with Berries -
Combines the creaminess of cheesecake with the sweet & nutty flavor of ube, a purple yam.
- Tira Misu -
Layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers & a whipped mascarpone cream, then dusted with cocoa powder.
