Course 1

Penny's Salad - Mixed field greens, heirloom tomato, carrot, fresh pineapple, golden raisins & crushed peanuts. Dressed with sweet & sour dressing.

Penny's Rangoon - Delicate wonton wrappers, each hand-filled with Penny’s delicious cream cheese & garlic blend, then flash-fried until golden brown. Served with our housemade sweet & sour dipping sauce.

Pan Seared Dumplings - Handmade dumplings filled with seasoned pork. Steamed & pan-seared, served with Penny’s housemade ponzu sauce.

Tom Yum Soup - A delicate lime & lemongrass broth with chicken, tomato, onion, mushroom & cilantro.

Mint Beef Salad - Seasoned pan-seared strip loin, tossed with fresh mint, cilantro, Thai chilis, tomato & fresh cucumber. Served over mixed field greens tossed with citrus vinaigrette.

Crispy Egg Rolls - Seasoned chopped chicken, green cabbage, heirloom carrots, onion & bean thread noodles are hand-wrapped in paper-thin wontons & flash-fried until golden.

Yellow Sen Me - Angel hair rice noodles prepared with bok choy, farm fresh egg, domestic and Chinese broccoli & mushrooms in a yellow curry powder sauce. Your choice of veggie, tofu, chicken, pork or shrimp.

Mango Red Curry - Bright & bold, heavily spiced with dried red chillies. Tossed with mango, bamboo & bell pepper. Finished with fresh Thai basil. Your choice of veggie, tofu, chicken, pork or shrimp.

Crispy Mango Duck - Beautiful crispy duck deboned in the kitchen and presented tableside, on a bed of sautéed asparagus & heirloom carrots. Dressed tableside with mango sauce made with fresh diced mango, onion & bell pepper. Served with steamed white rice.

Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodles) - Flat wide rice noodles prepared with sweet Thai basil, farm fresh egg, bok choy, domestic & Chinese broccoli, bell peppers & mushrooms in a sweet soy sauce. Your choice of veggie, tofu, chicken, pork or shrimp.
