Spinach or Caesar salad

Roasted tomato and sweet Goat cheese Bruschetta - Slow roasted tomatoes, EVOO, garlic, basil, lightly toasted baguette, whipped goat cheese and shaved parmesan.

Second Course

Asiago Chicken and Spinach Cannelloni - Shredded grilled chicken, ricotta cheese, fresh basil and spinach. Stuffed in pasta shells topped with mozzarella and baked with a rich asiago cream sauce and spicy arrabbiata.

Pesto Shrimp Risotto - Jumbo shrimp cooked in pesto cream sauce. Red onions and peppers. Roasted tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Tossed in creamy parmesan Aborio rice.

Short Rib Raviolis - House made stuffed with slow braised beef short rib meat, ricotta cheese, scallions and rosemary. Topped with a sweet garlic cream sauce and baked.

Seafood Artichoke Dip - Café Verona’s signature artichoke dip blended with lump crab meat, shrimp and scallops. Topped with Asiago cheese and baked. Served with warm pita bread and crispy garlic Crostini.
