The Capital Grille is part of a nationally acclaimed group of 20 restaurants known for dry aging steaks on premises in addition to live Maine Lobster and the freshest seafood available. The Capital Grille is known for spectacular food and professional service and an atmosphere of relaxed elegance. The Capital Grille features an extensive award winning wine list with more than 400 selections from France, Italy and California. Twenty-six wines are featured by the glass. Roughly 4,000 bottles of wine are housed in the restaurant in a floor-to-ceiling, temperature-controlled wine kiosk. The Capital Grille also offers personal wine lockers available for annual leasing. The Capital Grille features five private dining rooms available for lunch & dinner and seating from 8 to 80 guests.
