Boneless Wings - hot honey sauce with house-made ranch dressing and celery

1957 Salad — iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, bacon, house-made croutons

Course 2

Steakburger with cheese - made with house-ground steak and grilled over hot charcoal and served with seasoned fries
Grilled Meatloaf - made with our house-ground steak, topped with bacon and ketchup, baked and finished on the grill served with gravy, mashed potatoes and fire-roasted sweet corn
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - fried chicken breast coated in hot honey buffalo sauce, topped with blue cheese crumbles on a brioche bun, and served with seasoned fries

Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie
Carrot Cake - Our House specialty with walnuts, pineapple, coconut, white chocolate cream cheese icing, topped with caramel sauce and candied English walnuts

Crispy Jalapeño, Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Potato Bites - with blackened ranch dip Fried Pimento Cheese with tangy habanero jam

Course 2

12oz Top Sirloin with HH signature seasoning and lemon butter

Country Fried Chicken - dipped in buttermilk and coated with our HH seasoned flour served with country gravy, mashed potatoes and fire-roasted sweet corn
 

Brown Butter & Sage Pork Chops - brined for 24 hours and grilled over hot charcoal, topped with brown butter sage cream sauce served with mashed sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts
