Anson Mills Bluecorn Hushpuppies - Fresh herbs, house aioli, kimchi, lime

Brown Butter Ravioli - Ravioli filled with roasted poblano and kale, brown butter, apple, chestnut, raisin, pickled onion, potlikker jus, winter squash puree

Course 2

Grilled Yellowtail Rockfish- lemon potato sauce, crispy potato sheet

Hot Fried Campo Lindo Farm Chicken- with togarashi chili, brown sugar, ever-changing pickles, condiments, and garnishes

The Savoy Smoked Duck - slow roasted and smoked duck that i’m obsessed with, condiments, pickles, yoli tortillas

Okonomiyaki BBQ Spare Ribs - kansas city style rub, smoke from the fruit woods of prairie birthday farm, house made tonkatsu sauce, umami aioli, dancing bonito 

Mushroom Tortiglioni - Duck neck kombu broth (or without for vegetarian), kc culture mushrooms, vegetables, parmesan


Thane Palmberg's Potatoes - Umami seasoning, garlic butter, parmesan

Sweet & Sour Carrots- honey glazed with shallot-garlic crunchies, pickled onions, & citruses to brighten it up

Fried Brussels Sprouts - smoked duck fat honey mustard, crispy pancetta, honey bee gouda, house aioli, apple butter

The menu is meant to be shareable, approachable, and built around the seasons. Chef Joe West’s thought-provoking dishes reflect personal stories of growing up in Kansas City with a humorous approach like Bacon Wrapped Cherry Peppers, Hot Brown Sugar Fried Chicken, Okonomiyaki BBQ Spare Ribs, and House Made Pastas with unique flavor combinations.
